Information is used for the purpose for which it is provided.

The public site may process information you submit through contact or demonstration surfaces, together with limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the site. Submitted information is used to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential work, maintain service integrity, and meet legal obligations.

When live inference is enabled, a public Ask Indwel question and the bounded public authority needed to answer it are transmitted to an approved model provider. The present runtime does not send files, customer-system data, private Cognitive Canon material, external tools, or a durable provider conversation. Its API request disables provider application-state storage. Provider-side abuse-monitoring retention may nevertheless apply unless Indwel activates a stronger approved data-control posture.

Indwel does not sell personal information. Indwel does not opt public Ask inputs or outputs into provider model training. Service providers may process information on Indwel’s behalf under appropriate contractual and security controls. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, legal requirement, security need, or applicable provider control.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, privileged, or production-sensitive information through a public demonstration unless Indwel has expressly established an appropriate channel. Privacy enquiries may be directed through the Contact page.

The site explains Indwel. It does not replace a signed agreement.

Website content and public demonstrations are provided for evaluation and informational purposes. They do not create a professional, fiduciary, contractual, or advisory relationship, and they do not constitute a warranty that a particular configuration is suitable for a specific operational, legal, scientific, financial, or regulatory purpose.

Public Ask Indwel outputs must not be used as the sole basis for consequential decisions. Production use, service levels, data handling, security commitments, intellectual-property terms, and warranties are governed only by an applicable written agreement.

Indwel names and marks, site content, interfaces, diagrams, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use public surfaces to introduce harmful content or activity.

03 / Security

Security is an architectural boundary—not a marketing badge.

The public corporate site is separated from private Indwel application data and customer environments. Public Ask uses signed expiring sessions, admission limits, edge filtering, rate and concurrency controls, bounded public authority, strict output validation, and no authority to alter external systems. If the provider path fails, the static site remains available and Ask may fall back to a verified deterministic public answer rather than represent an incomplete live result as settled.

Specific deployment controls, data boundaries, identity architecture, model-provider configuration, logging, retention, and incident obligations depend upon the selected deployment and written agreement. No certification or regulatory status should be inferred unless Indwel states it expressly in writing.

Good-faith security reports may be initiated through the Contact page. Include a clear description, affected surface, reproduction steps, and potential impact. Do not access, retain, or disclose data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
